Shipping policy
We want you to love your new purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, we want to make it right!
All claims for incorrect or defective orders, shortages, or pricing discrepancies must be made in writing to L2 Brands within 30 days after the order is received. L2 Brands reserves the right to refuse to issue a credit or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) after 30 days. Worn or dirty items will not be accepted for credit. In addition, L2 Brands reserves the right NOT to accept returned items if it is deemed NOT to be defective. In such event, L2 Brands shall return the items to the customer and may, at its discretion, bill customer for additional shipping charges.
